Continuing Education Certificate:
You have the option to purchase a continuing education verification letter when you register for the conference for $10.00. This letter may be submitted to your state licensure board as proof of attendance.

Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy:
Cancellations and any subsequent request for refund must be made in writing by September 16, 2014. Upon cancellation, you have the right to request that your fee (in full) be held (for up to one year) and used towards application to another AAMFT event registration. If you prefer a refund, cancellations made prior to July 31, 2014 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made between July 31 and September 16, 2014 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be offered after September 16, 2014.

Registration Packets (Badge and Tickets):
If you have pre-registered for your courses and have not received your materials by October 11, 2014, please check-in at the registration desk during the event to receive them.

Tax Deductibility:
Your annual conference costs that have not been reimbursed, including registration fees, airfare, hotel, and 50% of meals, may be tax deductible. Please consult your financial adviser for details.
